My name is Christina DiCarlo, Wife, Mother to four amazing little boys and Photographer.

My love affair for photographing babies and children began the day my first son was born in 2006. After taking him to several portrait sessions, I became frustrated with our experiences and the poor quality of images that we received. 

So how would I take my hobby and turn it into a legitimate business?  I had so many questions from gear to software and everything else in between.  I was mentored/inspired and given the confidence by a local photographer and now great friend.  I worked for Heather (mentor) for a little over a year before she and her family decided to leave the Ohio Valley and head for the beach life.  In 2011 Christina DiCarlo Photography was officially born at 454 Commercial Street, Mingo Junction, OH. I continue to educate myself atleast twice per year to improve my abilities and hon in on my skill set to always provide my clients with best practices and quality work.  Christina DiCarlo Photography serves the Ohio Valley including but not limited to Mingo Junction, Steubenville, Wintersville and surrounding areas (Weirton, WV, Wheeling, WV & Pittsburgh)

It has been my goal since the day my studio opened to provide the highest quality products and the absolute best service to my clients.  Each day I strive to be a better Photographer and work on continuing my education to always improve my work and provide the best quality images to my clients.  I have realized that you never work a day in your life if you absolutely love what it is that you do for a living. I appreciate each and every client that supports my business and family.  It is because of each of YOU that I do what I love to do for a living.  

My style . . . simple and classic. I take pride in looking through my lens and capturing a moment in time for you to preserve forever. I love to highlight a child's natural beauty and that doesn't necessarily mean "a posed" smiley portrait. I strive to capture little expressions and fun moments that showcase your childs and families true self. To me, there is nothing sweeter than capturing a child in their natural element and their own individuality..... who they are in that moment and not just what they look like. These types of portraits truly make the most beautiful portraits. My goal for your family is to capture and create memories that will be adored by little eyes for decades to come.
